55 photographers from central Florida converged upon Winter Park's Central Park, Saturday for the first ever International Photowalk. The walks held at locations around the world were held to bring photographers from all levels of experience together to share both a location, tips and friendship.

A heavy rain just added to the determination to enjoy the music and fellowship.

Crowds enjoyed a patriotic festival complete with live music sponsored by the Aloma Baptist Church of Winter Park. There were games and face painting for the kids, free food and drink as well as free flags and stickers celebrating the 4th of July. A drenching rain did little to wet the enthusiasm of the energetic crowd.

Two women take part in Iranian songs and chants of "Death to the dictator!"

Approximately 500 people gathered at the Lake Eola band shell in Orlando on Thursday evening to hold a candleight vigil and march in rememberance of Neda, a young woman killed during the protests in Iran. The march was peaceful and ended where it began at the band shell. Upon returning to the shell, the marchers sang several Iranian songs holding their candles. The vigil was finished by a very loud chanting of "Death to the dictator" in Iranian. An unusual thing to hear in America.
